Privacy Policy

Plain English summary: We collect only what we need to run KingdomReach. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Your faith information (denomination, translation, mission statement) is used only to personalize your experience. You can delete your account and all your data at any time.

1. Who we are

KingdomReach (“KingdomReach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a YouTube analytics platform built for Christian creators. We are based in the United States. You can contact us at privacy@kingdomreach.com.

2. What information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up with Google, we receive your Google profile name and email.

Profile and faith preferences. You may optionally provide your denomination, preferred Bible translation, YouTube channel name, ministry mission statement, and subscriber range. This information is used only to personalize your KingdomReach experience.

YouTube data. If you connect your YouTube channel, we access your YouTube Analytics data through Google’s API on a read-only basis. We collect channel performance metrics including views, watch time, CTR, retention, and revenue data. We never post, comment, or modify your YouTube channel in any way.

Usage data. We collect information about how you use KingdomReach, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. We use this to improve the product.

Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We retain billing records (plan, amount, date) for legal and accounting purposes.

Communications. If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the KingdomReach platform
  • Personalize your AI coaching (Solomon and Atlas) based on your faith preferences
  • Display analytics and benchmarking data in your dashboard
  • Send you transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
  • Send you optional product updates and creator tips — you can opt out at any time
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your faith information to discriminate, restrict, or profile you for marketing purposes outside of KingdomReach.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Service providers. We share data with third-party services that help us operate: Stripe (payments), Google (YouTube API, Google sign-in), hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.

Community features. If you post to the Prayer Board or set your Community Profile to “Public,” other KingdomReach users can see your display name, denomination, and posts. You control this in Settings.

Legal requirements. We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users.

5. Google API and YouTube data

KingdomReach’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only request the YouTube Analytics scopes necessary to display your analytics in your dashboard. We use this data only within KingdomReach. We do not use it to train AI models or share it with third parties outside of the service providers listed above.

6. Data Retention and Anonymized Archival

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (e.g., billing records, which we may retain for 7 years).

Anonymized poll archival (opt-in).When you delete a Thumbnail A/B Test or community poll, you may optionally allow us to retain an anonymized record of the poll’s outcomes. This is an explicit opt-in — it is off by default. You can enable or disable it at any time in your account settings.

What is retained when you opt in: voting mode, topic category, number of variants, aggregated vote or rating counts per variant slot, concept labels you assigned to variants, and SHA-256 cryptographic hashes of thumbnail images. No personal identifiers, individual vote records, voter IDs, or thumbnail image files are retained.

What is always deleted immediately on poll deletion: your account identifier, all poll unique identifiers, individual voter records, exact vote timestamps, free-text report content, and thumbnail image files from storage.

How archived data is used: aggregated trend analysis, training of machine learning models that power future product features, and anonymous benchmarks shared with creators. Archived data is never sold or used to re-identify you.

Your rights. You may revoke consent in Settings at any time. To request deletion of archived data or a copy of any archived records linked to your account, email privacy@kingdomreach.com. GDPR Article 17 and CCPA deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)
  • Object to or restrict certain types of processing

To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@kingdomreach.com. You can also delete your account directly from Settings at any time.

8. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how the platform is used. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent some features from working.

9. Children

KingdomReach is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of KingdomReach after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
