Terms of Service

Last updated: May 11, 2026. Effective date: January 1, 2026.

Plain English summary: Use KingdomReach honestly, do not abuse the platform, and respect other creators in the community. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. We do what we say we will do — including the 10% Kingdom Foundation commitment.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a KingdomReach account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use KingdomReach.

These Terms apply to all users of KingdomReach, including free plan and paid subscribers.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use KingdomReach. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You may not create accounts for others without their permission, impersonate other people, or create fake accounts.

3. Free plan and paid subscriptions

Free plan. The free plan (“The Seed”) is free forever. We will not remove features from it to push you to a paid plan. If we ever modify the free plan, we will give existing free users at least 90 days notice.

Paid plans. Paid subscriptions (Seed, Creator, Ministry) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds. Refund requests submitted within 7 days of initial purchase will be honored in full. After 7 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email lonzo4422@gmail.com with your order details.

Price changes. If we raise subscription prices, existing subscribers will receive 90 days notice and the option to lock in their current rate for 12 months.

4. Kingdom Foundation

10% of every paid subscription is automatically allocated to the Kingdom Foundation fund. This commitment is written into our operating agreement and is not subject to change by management discretion. The fund is distributed annually based on community vote. Every dollar transferred is posted publicly on the Foundation page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use KingdomReach to:

  • Post content that is false, misleading, or deliberately harmful
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Post content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence
  • Impersonate another creator, pastor, or public figure
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from KingdomReach
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

KingdomReach is a faith-positive platform. Community features (Prayer Board, Community Profile) are reserved for constructive, respectful use consistent with that environment.

6. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you post to KingdomReach (prayer requests, profile descriptions, etc.). By posting, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute that content within the KingdomReach platform.

You are responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

7. YouTube API services

KingdomReach uses YouTube API Services to connect your YouTube channel. By connecting your channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke KingdomReach’s access to your YouTube account at any time from your Google Account security settings.

8. Data Retention and Anonymized Archival

When you delete a Thumbnail A/B Test or community poll, we may retain an anonymized record of the poll’s structure and outcomes for product improvement and future feature development, including AI-assisted recommendations.

Optional Archival Consent. Archival is opt-in. By default, deletion permanently removes all associated data. You may grant or revoke archival consent at any time in your account settings. Granting consent applies only to polls deleted after the consent is granted — past deletions remain permanently removed.

If you have opted in to archival, the following information is retained after deletion:

  • The voting mode used (pick a winner or rate each one)
  • Topic category and design concept category, if any
  • The number of variants and total votes received
  • Aggregated vote counts or rating averages per variant slot
  • Concept labels you assigned to each variant (e.g. "Face overlay" or "Scripture card")
  • Cryptographic hashes (SHA-256) of variant thumbnail images, used for pattern de-duplication

The following information is permanently and immediately deleted when you delete a poll, regardless of your archival consent:

  • Your account identifier and email
  • The poll's unique identifiers and share tokens
  • Individual vote records and voter identifiers
  • Exact timestamps of votes
  • Any free-text reports submitted about the poll
  • The thumbnail images themselves (uploaded files are removed from storage)

Use of archived data.Archived data may be used for: aggregated statistical analysis of community trends; training of machine learning models that power future product features such as thumbnail concept recommendations; and anonymous benchmarking shown to creators (for example, “in the past 30 days, polls with face thumbnails outperformed clean thumbnails by 18% in the Education category”). Archived data is never sold to third parties and is never displayed in a manner that could re-identify an individual user.

Your rights. You may revoke archival consent in account settings at any time (prevents future archival; does not delete already-archived rows). You may request permanent deletion of your archived data or export a copy by contacting privacy@kingdomreach.com. Requests under GDPR (Article 17) or CCPA will be honored within 30 days of request.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The 10% Foundation contribution from your paid subscription period is not refunded.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

KingdomReach is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Analytics data is provided for informational purposes and is dependent on data available from YouTube’s API.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KingdomReach’s liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
